John Licata is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of executive experience in the footwear and business consulting space, leading brands and large, diverse teams. John has worked closely with big retailers like Nordstrom, Amazon, REI, Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Walmart, as well as with hundreds of independent retailers and business owners. He has worked at an executive level for household brands such as Stride Rite, Saucony, Sperry, and Naturalizer. As a subject expert in kid’s footwear, John has launched nearly a dozen kid’s footwear brands to the market and most recently led the repositioning and turnaround of the Stride Rite brand globally.
